In order to protect the privacy of all clients, please do not arrive more than ten minutes early for your appointment.
Please do not be late for your appointment. The 45-minute sessions are booked back to back and your session starts at your appointment time, not when you arrive.
If you are a parent of a child in counseling and leave while the child is in their 45-minute session, please return ten minutes early to allow time for a quick overview of the session.
Cancelation Policy
We require a 48-hour notice for all appointment cancelations or to request an appointment be rescheduled. We make every effort to notify and remind you of your appointments. You can sign up for email and text reminders to receive a 72-hour reminder by email and a 48-hour courtesy text to remind you of your appointment. We also provide appointment cards.
Why? All of our appointments involve reserving a time set just for you. We want to be able to serve as many people who need our help as possible. Giving us advance notice allows us to use our time effectively.
If for any reason the session is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged the full session rate for the appointment. No-shows will also be charged the full session amount.
After three cancellations or rescheduled appointments, you will lose your spot on the schedule.
Notice of Privacy Practices and Good Faith Estimate
You may request a copy of the Notice of Privacy Practices and a Good Faith Estimate. These will also be provided to you along with your intake documents.
